What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every client has a positive experience. Your role will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and brand trust.

You’ll be working onsite in Marikina with a shifting schedule, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential communication and problem-solving skills. Every day offers new learning opportunities and the chance to make meaningful interactions with customers.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Retail Customer Service Representative, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old or above

• Reside within Metro Manila

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Marikina and on a shifting schedule

• Be a High School (Old Curriculum), ALS, SHS, or College Graduate

• Have no prior experience required — we welcome both freshers and experienced applicants

Note: Applicants must complete the ORC application form. Onsite processing is preferred for faster hiring turnaround.
