What You’ll Do

As a Premium Telco Voice Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns efficiently. You’ll represent a well-known telco brand, ensuring each customer interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and commitment to quality service.

This is also allows you to grow through experience—developing your communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

• 18 years old and above

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate

• Open to STADS or shifters

• Willing to work onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City

• Comfortable with a shifting schedule
