As a Telco Voice Specialist, you will be the frontline support for customers needing assistance with telco services. You will answer voice inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Freshers, shifters, and high school graduates (Old Curriculum and ALS graduates included) are welcome to apply—making this a great entry-level opportunity for those eager to step into a professional working environment.

Work Environment & Location

This role is strictly onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City, ensuring that you receive hands-on guidance, real-time support, and an engaging workplace culture. The account follows a shifting schedule, which gives you exposure to a dynamic work routine and better opportunities for growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who meet the following:

• At least 18 years old

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate

• Freshers and STADS are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and comprehension skills

• Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules

• No BPO experience required

Salary & Benefits Package
