What This Role Is All About

This position belongs to our Shipping and Logistics (SNL FNA) department. As an associate, you become a key contributor to ensuring that shipments, documents, and logistics operations run efficiently. You will be assisting in end-to-end processes essential to the success of our global logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to track shipments

• Processing and validating shipping documents

• Monitoring delivery timelines and updating records

• Assisting in finance-, accounting-, or marketing-related logistics tasks

• Managing data entry, reporting, and document organization

• Supporting daily operational activities within the logistics workflow

This position is onsite and operates on a shifting schedule, allowing you to experience the full scope of logistics operations in a dynamic, real-world environment. Holding a degree in Finance and Accounting or Marketing is an advantage, but all fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
