About the Position

You will be part of our Premium Telco Voice Account, handling outbound and inbound customer concerns related to mobile services, connectivity issues, billing questions, and account support. As a customer service representative, you are expected to deliver clear communication, active listening, and effective problem resolution. The workplace environment is professional yet supportive, ensuring that each agent receives the training and guidance needed to succeed.

Who Can Apply
