Job Overview

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to retail products, orders, billing, and basic troubleshooting. You will deliver professional and courteous support through voice communication while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The Retail CSR Pasig role is designed for individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude, even without prior call center experience.

Who Can Apply

• Open to Freshers and first-time BPO applicants

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• No Customer Care Experience required

• Must have C1 CEFR level English proficiency

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Willing to work onsite in Silver City, Pasig

• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Salary, Bonuses, and Incentives

• Salary Package: ₱25,500

• Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000
