CSR Job Responsibilities:

• Perform support duties for food delivery app.
• Collecting and processing payments
• Respond to consumers questions or resolve problems related to their orders, delivery or payment
• Review and approve request for booking cancellations and refunds
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Onsite Work Setup
  • Open for High School Graduates
  • No previous BPO Experience Required.
  • Must have good English communication skills.
