Your Role as a Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Agent, you will represent some of the top brands in handling both voice and non-voice accounts. Your day-to-day tasks include assisting customers through calls, chats, or emails, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring that every client interaction is positive and efficient.
You’ll be trained to manage different customer scenarios, communicate clearly, and deliver world-class service. Whether it’s helping someone with a billing inquiry or assisting with product information, your contribution will make a real difference.

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Strong communication skills in English (B2 level and above under CEFR)

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Open to freshers, no prior BPO experience required

Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
