Salary Package: PHP 21,000 – PHP 24,400

Core Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate (new K-12 curriculum)

• At least 6 months of international voice customer service experience

• Strong English communication skills (above average)

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao

• Flexible with night shifts and changing work schedules

Advantageous but Negotiable:

• Prior experience in financial or healthcare accounts

• Background in back-office support (chat/email handling)

• Residence within 15 km of Cubao (with own vehicle/motorcycle for convenience
