Who We Want to Join Our Team

Caldwell is looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must currently reside within Metro Manila

• At least 18 years old (legal age)

• High School Graduate under the Old Curriculum, SHS Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Fresh Graduate

• Good communication skills and willingness to improve

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience

Additional Requirements

• Completion of the ORC application form is mandatory

• Onsite processing is preferred for faster evaluation and smoother hiring

• All salary-related discussions will take place during interviews
