About the Role

As a Healthcare CSR Cubao, you will handle customer service calls and assist patients or clients with their healthcare-related concerns. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, explaining benefits, processing information, and ensuring every caller feels valued and heard. Empathy, patience, and good communication are key qualities that will help you thrive in this role.

At Caldwell, we provide full training and support to ensure that even those new to the BPO industry can perform confidently and efficiently.

Who Can Apply

We welcome a wide range of applicants who meet the following qualifications:

• Must be currently residing within Metro Manila (preferably near Quezon City – Cubao)

• 18 years old and above (legal age)

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Passer, SHS Graduate, or College Undergraduate/Fresh Graduate

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Applicants with or without call center experience are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₱16,000 – ₱20,500

• Start Date: October 6, 2025

• Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite – Cubao, Quezon City
