What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare CSR, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries such as insurance claims, patient support, and account concerns. You’ll ensure that every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and are eager to help others through excellent customer service.

Your role will contribute to improving patient satisfaction and ensuring that clients receive the support they need.

Qualifications

• Must be currently residing within Metro Manila

• 18 years old and above (legal age)

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS, or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)

• College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Applicants with or without call center experience are welcome

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,500
