What You’ll Do as a Telco CSR

As a member of our premium Telco account, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions through voice calls. You’ll assist clients with inquiries about their mobile or internet services, guide them through troubleshooting steps, and ensure their overall satisfaction with every call.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries about billing, plans, and technical support

• Providing accurate, efficient, and friendly service

• Resolving issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy

• Achieving performance targets and maintaining quality standards

• Representing Caldwell Communications with integrity and dedication

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify for the position, you must:

• Be 18 years old and above

• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS passer, or Senior High School Graduate

• Be willing to work on shifting schedules

• Be open to onsite work at Eton Centris, Quezon City

• Possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Fresh graduates and shifters are very much welcome to apply! Experience in customer service is a plus but not required — we’re here to train and guide you every step of the way.
